You’re invited to the Practical Podcasting PD. This webinar will focus on using using podcasting for professional learning, creating podcasting with students and practical 'How To" tips on podcasting.

Your presenters are Fiona Morrison, Stephanie Smith and Rebecca Keough.

Fiona Morrison is a classroom teacher in Sydney, Australia. She has over 15 years experience working with children in a variety of contexts, and is particularly passionate about authentic and meaningful learning. Fiona has a keen interest in STEM and digital technologies, as well as supporting educators to learn about and integrate STEM into their everyday classrooms. Fiona is the Founder of STEM ED Magazine, a publication sharing the stories of STEM educators worldwide.

Rebecca Keough is a Primary School Teacher, with a Masters in Gifted and Talented Education. She has a passion for rural education, integrated learning and pedagogies. Rebecca has extensive experience teaching and coaching in ICT, DT, STEM and inquiry learning. She has presented with ALEA, is a ReSolve Math by Inquiry Champion and is always looking for new ways to inCURiATe her learners. She hosts the Edulatte Podcast.

Dr Stephanie Smith is the Learning Manager at the Museum of Australian Democracy, Old Parliament House. Her work focuses on empowering young people to find their voice in the classroom, school and local community and explore 'grassroot' issues. Her team has created a podcast highlighting authentic student voice and agency in the classroom. She has also worked with talented podcast creators to develop engaging, contemporary resources for teachers and students.

Meeting details will be emailed to registered participants prior to the workshop. The workshops begins at 8pm Sydney time (AEST).
