Term 3 Webinar - Reality Composer

Firsthand experience is one of the most powerful ways to learn. With Reality Composer on Mac and Augmented Reality (AR), students can create and experience just about anything they can imagine. Reality Composer is a powerful Application for Mac that allows students to create 3D interactive scenes and simulations. Join us to explore how Reality Composer on Mac is helping transform what is possible in the classroom. There will be an introductory webinar on Monday, September 13 and this will be followed up with 3 workshops during the first week of the school holidays - September 21, 22 and 23 at 10am. During the introductory webinar you will: Explore Reality Composer and see how it is helping students connect their learning to the world in new ways Learn how Reality Composer can be utilised across multiple curriculum areas to increase creativity and engagement During the 3 workshops you will: * Discover how to create powerful interactive AR scenes across different content areas * Learn how to build simulations that demonstrate knowledge and understanding * Learn how AR creates immersive and engaging learning experiences in contexts such as English, Humanities, Maths and Science Facilitated by Apple Professional Learning Specialist, Paul Hamilton, these sessions are sure to inspire. Requirements: Reality Composer on Mac is part of the XCode bundle. This is required to participate in the workshops. Meeting details will be emailed to registered participants prior to the webinar. Webinar begins at 4.00pm Sydney time (AEST).
