Mission
The ICT Educators of New South Wales is a professional organisation designed to support ICT educators in New South Wales.

ICTENSW represents all teachers’ interests to state and, via ACCE, to federal governments. It speaks out on matters of curriculum and equity, and promotes best practice in the use of ICT in learning.

ICTENSW provide resources, professional development and a network of collegial support.

To that end ICTENSW:
  • organises four major in-service meetings a year
  • provides on-line resources to members
  • provides a means for ICT workshops to be accredited with the NSW Institute of Teachers
  • represents the interest and concerns of members to the Board of Studies, the Department of School Education, the Australian Council for Computers in Education and other bodies where appropriate
  • undertakes country in-services when required
  • promotes other ICT educator events
ICTENSW is a non-profit organisation which relies heavily on the expertise of its members to provide the professional development activities and resources needed for an ICT educator.
